See note below for current information concerning our Coronavirus policy
As per the Governor's Order on March 27th, the office is now closed. If you have acute pain you may call the office and we might be able to give you advice/options about what to do and/or where to seek treatment. So far during the Coronavirus pandemic we have been able to successfully help all patients with acute pain over the phone without them having to come to the office. The federal government recently extended the CDL medical card expiration for drivers whose medical card expires after March 1st to June 30th.

Dr. Michael P. Simone--2015 American Chiropractic Association Chiropractor of the Year.
Our mission is to provide the most scientific, evidence-based conservative care possible, while constantly striving to improve patient satisfaction--and to become THE resource for conservative treatment related information and research in Northern Colorado. We are members of the Colorado Integrated Care Network, an interdisciplinary organization comprised of conservative care experts in the fields of allopathic (conventional) medicine, chiropractic medicine, physical therapy, massage therapy and acupuncture. Your health is your most valuable asset. Dr. Simone is committed to bringing you better physical health and to provide you with tools and strategies to increase your energy, vitality and quality of life! We do take walk-ins for CDL license examinations and may be able to accommodate other walk-in patients. It is a good idea to call first to make sure we are in the office.
Due to the overwhelming amount of calls from telemarketers, we have a dedicated text number to contact the office--303-857-5736.
Most of our patients respond favorably to treatment within 3 or 4 visits. We don't ask you to sign a treatment contract or commit to multiple visits. We reevaluate your treatment plan after 3 or 4 visits and modify your plan as needed. We may refer you to other providers if you are not responding as expected. If we think you will benefit by using certain vitamins, minerals or supplements we will never sell them to you but rather refer you to local department stores that carry the items at a much lower cost than you would spend in a healthcare provider's office.
What makes us different? Dr. Simone will personally perform an orthopedic and neurological examination to evaluate your issues. He will team with you to help reduce your pain and keep you healthy. Our office only uses treatments that are supported by valid scientific evidence. What you do at home and/or work is often more important than what we can do in our office. Dr. Simone will give you the tools you need to stay healthy when out of the office. We are providers for virtually all insurance companies, except Kaiser.
Dr. Simone will greet you at the front desk, walk you through necessary paperwork, perform a thorough examination, discuss examination results, discuss treatment options and initiate necessary treatment or offer referrals to appropriate specialists. The office experience is extremely personal and treatment options are unique to each patient. You will not find a "cookie cutter" approach at Simone Physical Medicine. We put your specific needs first. We are proud to provide a high quality level of customer service, chiropractic medical experience, and commitment to health and wellness to all our patients. Our goal is to improve your lifestyle by caring for your health and teaching you what you can do outside our office to keep healthy.

Our focus is to provide the most modern approach, supported by current research, to help you heal quicker and give you the tools to keep healthy. Most of our patients feel significant relief within 3-4 treatments. Dr. Simone may recommend acupuncture, dry needling, massage, physical therapy and/or chiropractic manipulation to help your healing process.
Our team understands the stress and pain patients are in following personal injury accidents. We analyze, diagnose, and create an individualized treatment plan for your injuries. We will thoroughly explain your treatment and update your insurance agency/attorney on your behalf.
Most work injuries are caused by overuse and repetitive stress injuries. Small tasks done with poor posture can lead to acute and chronic pain, which can result in reduced worker productivity, lost time from work, disability, and an inability to perform job tasks.
CDL examination charge is $75. School physical examinations are $35. Download CDL examination and high school physical forms below.
